Reset Travel
I created Reset Travel to target younger travellers in their 20s, and present sustainable travel in a way that was engaging, accessible and exciting. The aims were to inform and inspire through content and events and products. During the pandemic, I pivoted the business to launch destination-themed gift boxes, where I partnered with local businesses and creatives to produce travel-inspired gifts and virtual experiences for people stuck at home.
My focus included:
Growing an organic Instagram audience of 2.5k+ by sharing inspiring and visually-engaging content
Launching and selling out a slow travel product range, including travel journals, reflection cards, and conversation prompts designed to spark deeper experiences on the move
Partnering with climate charity Possible to co-host a slow travel workshop that connected climate awareness with practical alternatives
Supporting small travel businesses during Covid by creating and selling destination-themed gift boxes that included virtual experiences for UK-based customers (featured in Courier magazine)
Managing everything from brand voice to packaging design, customer comms, and product launches
Strategy, storytelling, product development, partnerships, and community building.
